I never quite got baby boomer theories just because the argument to my understanding is there are lots of baby boomers and when they are gone there won't be a lot of "______" fill in the blank, but I mean didn't baby boomers have kids, to me it seems the population would grow due to that era .

If not and he has only been answering questions over a phone,tell him you are going to seek your own agent and they will be in contact with him asap.Have no further discussions with him whatsoever after you tell him that.Don't let him cry like a baby about all he has done to help you cause that's his job and he is already going to be paid 3% by the seller.You don't owe him a dime as long as you didn't sign any paperwork stating he was your agent and looking for a double commission.Just politely tell him "My people will be taking it from here,we'll be in touch".

I have felt overwhelmed renovating 3 homes and running my firm with only part-time care for the baby so I suppose my lack of desire to spend the time calling people who just sent me the canned e-mail in response to the ad that has photos of every room, a list of everything in the house, a breakdown of move-in costs including the total, a list of qualifications, etc. etc. etc...led me to send a canned e-mail back saying thanks for your interested, we're having an open house...I should have known better.Hindsight is always 20/20.
