I can give you some average times for my average sized projects so you can at least get an idea.roof- tear off and shingle 15 squares- 1 daywindows- remove and replace, trim outside- 8-10 per day per guysiding- 1000 sq ft ranch- 2-3 daysbathroom gut- 2 daysmy guys just sheetrocked and did first tape coat in a 10x10 bath yesterday in 2.5 hoursframing- doing a 2 story, 1000 sq ft addition now. framing should take about a weekagain, your time frames could be different but it at least gives you an idea.

I'm not sure because I don't have much construction knowledge to determine from the report how much the repairs might potentially cost but I do I see a lot of things flagged on the report some things I noticed were ...Roofing has ponding/roofshingles that are damaged, Termite Damaged was visible In the Framing Members, Due to the installation of finish surfaces, the slab is mostly inaccessible and could not be throughly inspected, Soffit damaged/rotted wooden siding trim had termite damage, Stucco siding had damagesections.
