I already knew some things were not right and told her to to not clean the carpets and just pay me the 100 dollars it would have cost to clean them since I was going to replace them because they were dirty and worn out.I did some checking and found out this carpet was only 4 years old and a mid grade carpet at that.

An option contract is simply a sale contract that allows to to putrchase "at your option" there is no requirement to purchase.

I guess the company really sold me on the fact that they make sure the usage of these cards are not connected to my score personally, and also that they know what lenders to go to to get 0% APR for 12-18 months and they know which lenders my financial profile would get approved for.
