Generally speaking I would think there are 4 main hierarchy of rates, such as:  Holiday seasonHigh seasonNormalLow seasonTo find out what those are for your area look up your State's website and look for visitor stats, they should have it broken down by month for you. 

It has instead only been dragged into change by its chains as it screamed and kicked all the way, moaning out its pathetic nostalgic dreams of bygone glories.

Bad - You aren’t in the city, where most visitors come. 

Price Hill, West End, Westwood, and other C-D areas offer high returns, the 2-5% type deals.That being said, it's a city you need to visit, or have boots on the ground because neighborhoods change drastically very quickly.... different ends of the same street can be.... well very different.

THAT IS SO ANNOYING IT MAKES ME SCreAM!!!

I will re-grass.Fence around house needs paint (how much I can't tell) per feedback of open house visitors. 

You don't want your website visitor hitting the back button and going to the next website.   

I'm not terribly encouraged by them even collecting my payments, but I do get a decent amount of international visitors and they almost exclusively use Booking so it's a worthwhile exposure for me.
