You wouldn’t believe it, but I had standing water in my dryer all the time literally water in my dryer my washer and dryer ruined.

It was both environmentally and culturally diverse, they speak English (not understandable English in some parts), and the currency is based on US dollar.Rain forest, Cayes, an atoll, Mayan ruins, great waterfall, Caves, interesting zoo, cool towns (really liked Placentia).I could envision visiting Belize annually.

Is there anything that I need to look out for that could potentially ruin this deal? 

Lifestyles Unlimited brags about having no BBB complaints, I am pondering ruining their record.Ironically, the new contractor who I am having to pay $3050 to correct the screwed up work of Scott Flynn, is his previous boss.  

Sometimes intentions are good but lack of education, research, experience, etc can ruin the deal.

If other things come up and they legitimately need more time write a change order or an addendum and come up with a new date so that late fee still sticks.While everyone gets upset and frustrated in this business don't let it ruin your health.

Until 3 years ago we were both in excellent health but I'm fighting my second bout with cancer in that time and waiting until I feel well enough to head to France and Spain for a month, probably in June. 

No one in the STR business is going to let the property go to hell because that would ruin their business.
