Keep in mind that the FAA frowns on commercial use of "drones" (big scary word the press likes to use to refer to what's really just an R/C helicopter with a camera on it....) aka UAVsI've seen a few wholesalers start to use these types of images recently..

if its important enough for you to have your attorney present, unless something else is really pressing, be there.If a tenant starts lying, you want to be able to address it, not have your attorney say "my client told me that wasn't true"
