Figured I'd float it out there.  

My thread above drifted from systemic risk, which was caused the whole train of thought to be muddled.

This scenario yields about a +$5000 per year surplus, so overall, these two retirement properties that I would own 100% (not fractional/timeshare) creates a breakeven financial result, and they are appreciating assets (hopefully).Because of the peak patterns and the overlap of the schedules, cash flow remains positive in every month of the year, so I don't have to float any expenses. 

No boats can float through it as they must take out before they get there and they can't put in for another 2 miles closer to the ocean.

If lights are flickering , sounds like what ever he did created a floating neutral , this is a very dangerous situation if so .

It's a really high number for wholesaling, but it's just an idea that I'm floating around and would love some feedback.Here's an image of 2 houses next to an older apartment building. 

We then we're floating both our mortgage and rent as her guesthood  wore down as a very short term roommate turned in to 5 months.Fast forward a few pages and I'm raving about Real Estate.  

I'm still working with them (because their service seems best in class), but with so many options I'm not sure how sustainable it will be for them to price above market and expect investors to float the difference between purchase price and appraisal.

It seems that the primary benefit is derived by utilizing the floating or variable "average daily balance" which is used for computing minimum payments with an open ended HELOC product.....  

No scientist would rationally believe that a sweater floating around in space put itself together.
