We've had the place deep cleaned in the past but that was like $400 and took 4 hours (it's a 1,150sq ft unit with fancy wood trim, tall windows, claw food tub, etc).

There are others that have some cash but are too cheap to spend on fancy meeting places (like me)!

I got dressed, grabbed my cat and my purse in order to drive to a hotel somewhere.

Tile floors or high durable and water resistant laminate/linoleum etc, new coat of paint on the inside for sure, maybe new paint on the outside as well if really needed and get some reliable but not fancy appliances.

They should call/respond regardless of any fancy email template you might use.

I just shake my head at that stupidity and wonder how they can even get dressed in the morning.Just saw on Zillow only a few houses in Cork town.Need to be south of 12.

For me I am just board here in Singapore waiting to get dressed to go to this massive wedding I am here for.. then up to Thailand so I can relax and live the life I deserve because I am a RE investor  LOL...
