How important is it to have a list of team members before starting out---Should I just pull the trigger on a place and send an offer if it works financially and learn by trial and error? 

I am in my 30 day trial with Siteops by Bently and its got some robust tools but also falls short in the ability to customize a site.

However, we do have to expend the time we have here on earth somehow (and purposely, at least), so we might as well find what gives us joy OR find out by trial and error OR speaking to someone who can help draw it out from us.
