After bouncing numbers off of RE agents who work in the markets that I've been watching, the RE agents seem to believe the numbers are on the (very) high side. 

Sharing knowledge and bouncing ideas off people in the space and similar mindset is an important part of this business. 

With possible recession looming and high interest rates, I think it's all the more necessary to find a property where the numbers work, but I'm not sure if I'm being too picky.Happy to connect with any fellow investors to learn and bounce ideas off!

Although most cities has bounced back since the pandemic, I never saw SF bouncing back when it came to rentals.

If I have to, I’ll go the discount brokerage route, but I’d rather pay a bit more and have a local broker to bounce questions off of and to allow me to better network in a new market.
