They probably wouldn't have the wherewithal to go through a lengthy and expensive legal battle - barring assistance from Legal Aid - but I still wouldn't want to risk it.

So, yes, a lot of these assets are owned by syndicated enterprises, funds, family funds, public funds, REIT, etc.

They may be trained for a specific owner, but they are not trained for specific tasks or duties to aid a person with a disability, and this is the main difference between ESAs and service dogs. 

I got nothing but harassing phone calls after phone calls after phone calls from either him or his aids asking me to join up on some more expensive bootcamp or whatever.Don't waste your time.
