Another little gem up here is that in the case of having a tenant with special needs the landlord is obligated to accommodate those needs up to the point of "undue hardship".

Very hard for large dog-owners to find decent accommodations.

Society has done a great job accommodating wheelchairs.  

If the installation is on an existing building the building dept may require upgrades to accommodate the installation - this is also paid by the carrier.

I built a house on a large plot of land that could easily accommodate multiple homes.

Does Ontario have a standardised accommodation inspection report for move-in / move-out?  

When I lived at Silverado CC in Napa Valley the resort relies on the private owner condo's as there over night accommodation's so folks buy those and they are run like a hotel.. and again its usually break even at best.. however  about every 5 years to stay in the hotel program they require you to completely update your condo.. new furniture beds etc etc.

Two special rights extended to disable 1) the right to make reasonable modifications to dwelling to enable them to live there comfortably, and 2) the responsibility of management to make reasonable accommodations.

Keep in mind most personal lines companies can accommodate a few rental properties.  

I cut both floor back to accommodate a 4" wide piece.
