I agree about the bird.I have gotten renters on one when I went to change the locks had three different offers to rent it that daySold one full of pictures furniture and other junk at a nice profit to a relative of prior owner who didn't know they were selling it.I had planned on having to do a lot of work on it

My main point, is that the pics on zillow, while not your furniture, show a somewhat 'old/dated' look, vs a more modern fresh look.
