I definitely plan on having a management company take care of the property, in fact I have one touring the property today to give their opinion on everything.

I found a 3 bed 2 bath house rental property that seems nice but when I went to tour it, the master bedroom and bathroom are a good dize but the other 2 bedrooms are quite small with one being very small (~8ft by 12ft is my guess).

He made enough so that when his winter job ended, he is able to spend the summer touring south and central America without having to work. 

In the next few weeks, I'll be going to work at USNA on the Commandant's staff for my shore tour.  

Assuming you tour the property in person before buying, during that time you can also interview cleaners and handymen to find a solid hand at each.

This coming Monday at noon, I'll be touring my very first large multi family property, a 76 unit in Dallas, NC by myself...I believe this is a great value add opportunity and a good first deal.

I suggest you take a drive to Killeen and tour around before investing.
