How willing are you to tackle basic repairs?

Having all of your concerns written down, analyzed, and planned for allows you to feel confident you can tackle those issues as they arise.

I currently own a 2 family in Manchester,NH and looking to make my next move. ( Another multi family or tackling my first flip). 

Until I understand that, I will continue to look for deals the old fashioned way and will continue to report robo-dialers as SPAM to my provider and have their numbers blocked.

If you use too many dialers, just be ready to replace your number constantly as it will get flagged for spam.

It gives me the courage to tackle any renovation for the right price of course.
