That would have been easy to repair… Instead they took every wire they could get their hands on… They even took out all the wall switches and plugs and clipped the wires back into the walls as far as they could reach… Stole every breaker, clipped all the wires in the breaker box down to nubs…And you wont believe this… They scaled the power pole, and took the 50-foot main line that ran from the pole to my house!

Many investors wouldn't touch these few streets with a 10 foot pole but I see opportunity in those vacant homes, there are so many that I think I could get a pretty big profit from them with either buy and holding or flipping them to buy and hold investors.
