When you put a property under contract, you have the right to hire a 3rd party home inspector (the 3rd party part of that is key because you want someone with no affiliation or bias towards the turnkey provider so you can get an accurate, real assessment of the property) to look over the property.

These types of seminars will put out the right stuff that pertains to business in your area, not like some guru junk aimed at another agenda.You may also be able to join the BoR as an affiliate member that may give you some continuing education opportunities and other benefits, doesn't hurt to ask. :)

I am planning on taking the Connecticut Real Estate Salesperson course and exam this fall and am trying to come up with an approximate total cost for each of the steps to becoming licensed and affiliated with a broker.Here's what I have so far:The initial costs are approx. ($500) 60hr course & books, ($80) Application fee, and examination fee ($65).

Yes, that is my return because I heat my house with electric and rarely turn on the hvac for heat and I still turn the meter backwards.The best part is I get this return with no tenant, maintenance etc.The comments above show more about the posters political affiliation and difficulty with basic math, neither have anything to do with the reality of solar.
