I have my company servicing a variety of niches but I've always had an interest in real estate so its been piquing my curiosity more as of late in this market.

Out of curiosity I went to the auction.  10k then 11k then 12k but he couldn't get 13k. 

@Nik Moushon   Out of curiosity, between east Wenatchee and Wenatchee, do you have any insight into which has a higher draw for STR travelers or is it more about walking distance to stuff?

This indicates that the borrower may have some intention of repaying the loan.However, it's non-performing and in foreclosure, and there is an accrued late charge of $694.38.

I did a ABB search for last weekend on Weds night out of curiosity since spring rod run was in town.

Some predatory travel nurse agencies routinely cut pay as soon as the travel nurse begins their assignment with a take it or leave it approach knowing the nurse waited weeks without work for the contract to start, gave up other opportunities, and accrued thousands in out of pocket expenses for flights, rental car, signed a MTR lease, and maybe even relocated their family.  

@Luis EspinozaSo, out of curiosity, what steps are you taking to prevent someone from simply squatting in the property once they have a lockbox code or access via smartlock?

Data is clear, it literally elevates an entire family. higher rates of kids going to college, less crime, etc etc all because they of very little means were capable, just barely, of owning where they live and accruing wealth.
