One woman gave great, great content--truly--but she claimed to be a gazillionaire, and her shoes had holes in them!

The Woman who runs the local REIA does a lot of houses in that neighborhood as well.  

Maybe she could claim it was because she's a single woman, maybe she'd claim it was because she's Asian American, who knows. 

Make sure to ask for "at least" 3 referrals from the last 6 months. 6 months because this should give you an idea as to how busy they are/ have been (I.e company or individual you are interviewing)Any reputable tradesmen (or woman) should and will have numerous references upon request.

The woman who owns the home is moving into a nursing home and her kids live out of state.

In my county a woman has started a Facebook group that is specifically geared toward renting.

I searched for the  obituary  online and found 3 people that could be the woman.  

The woman does not work; she has a SS check.

She is going to come over and give the house a womanly touch in exchange for dinner and a movie :P I have a realtor that is a good friend and have done business with before.

So, I sent out a recent mailing and I came across a woman who owns 5 properties (One 4 unit and 4 SFH)the thing is, she's in pre foreclosure.
