With some good 5 star reviews and competitive pricing I think you could get to 15/month but 20+ is really repeat guest territory to get there.On the cleaning service, the best cleaners I've ever found usually work for themselves or have one or two employees at most, and to be sure this will vary by region, but the big services (Merry Maids, etc) are my backups in an emergency only.

I would give it 3 1/2 stars as by the afternoon the Black Swan staff was doing their best to fill up the time till 5pm with various anecdotes  of how they negotiated with the airline ticket person or the hotel staff, or how they were given upgrades and freebies.

One of our consultants at RCG has parks that could only be classified as one star parks and he even has his manager take people to banks to set up checking accounts for automatic withdrawal if they don't already have one - apparently most of them don't - and if they have a regular paycheck , or SSI, or SS, et al. gets those payments directed to that account.
