Jeff I personally don’t, and I’m an agent and could try and bag 2.5-3% commission on my purchases, but use the listing agent every time.I understand the merits of both, a buyers agent will do the legwork and also submit the offers, going through the listing agent requires you to find the property then lock it up.

Having a camera inside a bag hidden from view with the lens pointed out the window at the subject is much safer.
