Again, I have absolutely nothing against Homevestors (they sound like a reputable franchisor), but it bugs me when someone uses marketing spin on data -- perhaps it's just the engineer in me

Most of which made my head spin.

My head is still spinning from all the info this guy dropped on me.Build the business:I have set up the LLC's.  

They will bicker about whose spot has more sunshine, other tenants or neighboring kids will steal their tomatoes, someone will swipe the cute little solar spinning flower from one of the gardens, some tenants won't take care of their plots and they'll look like hell, some will use chemicals the other tenants will complain about, someone will steal the hoses.  

But a rod and tenant bringing a curtain is usually less effort for the landlord in the long run.

I set an 'absolute' rule for myself that once rent is late, notices go out on THE day they're supposed to, BUT having just started, my head was spinning over this, and she came to me asking for my help with her finances so I decided to work with her.So...

I would be on my tenant so fast it would make your head spin.
