I agree with most people that are speaking up if it is just to save on commisions then don't do it but I STRONGLY suggest that you go and take the real estate classes you will not have to automatically become a realtor or licensed real estate agent but it will help you understand the market further and understand things such as title, appraisal, and maybe a little bit about loans even (although it is severly outdated from what I have seen) knowledge is always usefull.

The carpet was about 10 years old in one of the rooms and obviously outdated in style, but it was very well kept up and was in better condition than many of the other properties we looked at with carpet only 5 years old.

Quick answer - Yes, you can you purchase a tax lien from the current lien holder and then foreclose.Look at the IL tax lien foreclosure statutes for the specifics but here are the highlights (and I haven't reviewed the statutes in a while so these comments may be outdated).A real estate tax lien on improved property in Illinois has a 2 year redemption period for the owner of the property.

i use it for furnish finder, i just set it up like i would for long term rent and add in check in date and check out date, and the site sends them a link to download the app and thats where they pay for the rent. the costumer is great they walk you through any issue your having
