While I wholeheartedly agree that financial education, usage of credit, FICO scores, business credit, balancing checkbook, etc., should be taught to all teenagers, at the same time formal education cannot be just reduced to career-technical readiness; the goal is far larger and deeper, to create a thinking, ethical, moral (wo)man, an erudite.
