In this thread alone, a number of people, including some with quite a bit of experience, have used terms inappropriately, defined them incorrectly, and do not have a full understanding of the mechanics behind them.

The one who, like MMM, hardly ever eats out, monitors utility usage and spends money on things that make money.

The cost are extremely high and I think there are much better usage of one’s marketing budget.
