I'm not sure if by sending out notices it could be viewed as some sort of attempt to unfairly retaliate/humiliate/discriminate against the owner of the service animal and do you more harm than good.

However as we know this I much more difficult than it appears.. and in some states they are starting to crack down on this.. unleashing Non educated folks into peoples financial lives is never a good thing.. folks get on here and are encourage to start anywhere with no thought as to the potential harm they can do a seller and or buyer..

As long as you are not betting on property appreciation and more for cash flow, and you have done a full due diligence on the real estate asset, I think there is no harm in expanding your portfolio of investments to real estate.

I don't know Nebraska law, but I think it's a fairly universal concept that whoever provided the alcohol is next in line of liability after the person who imbibed and later caused harm to someone or something.
