Maybe find some tough guys - I have once used bounty hunters to spray paint a house number on a drug dealer tenant's unit, because the marshall wouldn't serve the eviction notice and process server was scared.

Drugs, registered sex offenders (7 on that side of the freeway), gang affiliates, etc. are all nearby. 

While living in the South End I had to contact police numerous times due to constant drug deals in the neighborhood, people passed out on the sidewalk during the day, gun shots, etc. 

Rents are strong. 27265 is probably the strongest High Point zip code but more expensive houses. 27260 has the lowest end houses and much drug and crime there - but tons of rentals.Great place to invest.

If I have a briefcase filled with $50,000 of cocaine & I get caught selling the cocaine to you we can all assume I will go to jail for drug trafficking, correct? 

If there's a drug dealer across the street, it means to get all the neighboring owners phone numbers and apply collective pressure.

That same approach to understanding the laws is like claiming you're selling the brief case, not the illegal drugs inside.

I have seen Connellsville as a whole take a turn over the years - watched my parents neighbors go from high standing citizens of the city to drug slinging maniacs.

I've had others in the past that have had to be evicted, for various reasons, just as with other tenants; the prospect of losing a voucher isn't sufficient motivation for some to pay on time, care for the premises or not try to move in the drug dealing boyfriend or the violent baby-daddy that breaks windows throwing hammers (that one broke her windshield, too).

The woman and dogs were fine a few years ago, but now she has the loser boyfriend and drugs are in the picture.
