@Kevin Castaneda Unless you have a design background (architect or engineer) in understanding the forces at play and appropriate codes with references, then I'd say your should go with the engineer's report recommendations.

Before Tesla I hired a land architect to examine the highest and best use question. since Fedex is across the road and utilities were not in place he laid out a plan for mixed use commercial buildings with either an RV storage facility on the end of the property where there is a power line easement.

I was doing a golf course deal years ago and interviewing architects from  Nicklaus to Palmer and other well known names..

We've completed a complete rehab and with the help of an architect, the Part I and Part II, now we're filling out the NPS Part III.

You could start with an architect and engineering company as they're going to be the ones who help you put all the permits together and will know whether this project is actually possible with the zoning.

Do they hire some one like an architect or some firm for this?
