Your naivete is both amazing and amusing....but good for you for being idealistic I suppose.....?

The script I used came from the book "Buying Real Estate Without Cash or Credit" by Peter Conti and David Finkel, but I tweaked it a bit so it would flow more naturally to my personality and the way I am used to talking.

I am 22 years old a young entrepreneur that is ambitious and am using my savings to buy SEA CAN Containers and putting them on land in the most convenient location's I can find with 24/7 access.

The ARV is probably over $200K, but I am using $150K as my ARV just to be safe.

I am using direct marketing and flipping the houses I can get on the more desirable streets and using the BRRR strategy for those that are a little farther down the path of progress.  

So, I am used to the conversation.If you wanted to grow past your own funds, you may be able to set up a structure where others in your home country invest in your deals.

I already know what worst scanerio is and am using that in my financial assumptions.

Right now I am using video to highlight properties (video tours) and agents (agent profiles and client testimonials).

I find it amusing that people go off of charts and DC, etc. hedonic (ever more manipulated, since 1982) data and stats... vs. trying to determine what those in power will do next, why, when, as well as who and what they will blame it on, next?

A nice Hawaiian shirt with crazy colors and BP on the back would be most amusing.
