Question on finding contractor bidsSo I'm planning to start touring/putting in offers on properties in Tuson and I'm wondering - do I find the contractors I'm going to ask for bids from before I put in an accepted offer?

Toured a multi family property this weekend that just hit the market (broker open house).

Ask them why they did or did not include certain apartments in their comps and tour them yourself.

This property has had a 3rd party inspection, appraisal and a video tour.

Get on broker lists and tour properties that meet you criteria.

(They were pushing for it more for the affordable housing side of it, not for people wanting to use it as an Airbnb or short-term rental, though that's certainly an option, too.)You might be interested in their ADU Home Tour happening all day on June 29.  

I just met up with a couple from Toronto in Atlanta and Dallas last week to give them tours of our properties there.

@Slim Geransar This is a very interesting thread.I primarily help investors (most of them from BiggerPockets) buy both long-tern and short-term rentals in Scottsdale, Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler, Peoria, Surprise and Buckeye, Arizona.One investor who purchased 8 LTRs in 2021 came out on a reconnaissance mission so he felt comfortable with the various areas of town that we toured.

Not sure if you're giving out applications before tours but I try not to give prospective tenants an application until vetting them over phone and a tour.

I toured it in early December.
