You have to think for whatever reason they're going to really ruin your investment before I'd advise no go. 

My dad has low income rentals and he is very picky about not putting anything in them that could break (he doesn't have any ceiling fans for example), and uses vinyl and carpet squares so he can just replace certains squares when ruined.

So if it rains, my materials are dry, whereas the guy driving the pickup has a bed full of ruined sheetrock.  

They're not huge fans of people coming in and ruining the city. 

I will agree though with Daniel that if you are sending other peoples deals as a wholesaler, make sure you stand out otherwise you will RUIN your credibility.
