I changed all my windows (7) to brand new thermal windows for $2500 then I did brand new luxury vinyl siding with insulation board and nice metal skirting for $7000 I also got a brand new steel roof with more insulation board for $3600.

Appraisal reports don't have sub cats girlies under SFR, i.e. stud framed, brick built, metal studs, modular, etc. it's just a SFR to an appraiser.

You should be able to determine if the area has central water; go to the neighbors and determine if the area has central water, if all the houses are connected and who the supplier is, then contact the supplier and see if they service that address; walk the property and see if there is a well head; determine if the area has septic systems or central sewer; if septic system the well should be at least 100 ft. from drain field; there are water sampling labs that will test the water; I would have a full test run including heavy metals.

First time I ever heard/saw of an efficiency unit, lol, looks like newish metal roofs on both though...Taxes are a bit higher because these lots are each at least double what is norm in the area
