There is some inappropriate language in here that will be censored, but was part of a true story so I am including it.Funny story: One time (many years ago when I was young and irresponsible) I was chilling at a car wash drinking a beer with this dude who I met there (don't ask, haha) and this crack head kept coming up to this guy I was chilling with and asking the guy for a dollar.

If the middle class continues to shrink so will the types of neighborhoods they reside in and land usage will change.

I do try to get top quality machines, front loaders if possible to cut down on water usage and charge a higher rate.    

I see cost more directly tied to number of occupants.Water/sewer is primarily based on usage, and the fewer people in the units, the lower your bill would turn out.

I have just purchased an investment property in Cleveland and just transferred Water/Sewage into my LLC name...Asking the water company what the average monthly usage is, i'm in sticker shock!

Seems that only utility usage could even begin to get close, and that information resides with thousands of utility providers around the country.

Again, it depends on your usage of the license.

The only place appropriate to do that here is in our Marketplace.It is wholly inappropriate to take a thread asking for advice and trying to sell your services in it -- that's called hijacking and is prohibited here.

Take that list, and pay someone (assuming you don't have the time to do it yourself) and manually look at each property from w/i Realcomp to see if helps you remove or keep that particular property using the info in any old or current listings.You can also run google searches on each property in the list and look to see if there are any clues on the usage of the property which would help you purge/cleanse the list as well.Hope that helps!
