Also, I am using e-bay now, and will in the future, hence the "auction" part of my name.I have been studying real estate techniques on and off for several years now.

It turns out the property management lady I am using for property #1 has managed many rehabs for previous investors for a fee.

A little oof base guys, but i need your help.I have a homeowner willing to do owner finance on his property.He is purchasing another home and has to sell first.How can i make this a win-win situation for the both of us.I am hoping i can do this without using my own funds.Again, i humblyapologize if i am using the wrong forum.I am a newbie and learning the ropes and site etiquette.Thanks Charles.....Hewould like to have some funds from the sale.

Also, I have to give them an address, currently I am using my residence, but that is soon to change to a PO Box, how do I keep from giving them this information and still sign a contract with them?
