Hello All,I am looking to buy an apartment in New York preferably Queens borough.

I don't think I've ever paid more than $150 for a coin-op washer and it was a commercial Speed Queen - super rare to get one at that price but I came across it on FB marketplace and jumped on it. 

I bought two nectar mattress same type, one king and one queen. 

Last time we went we switched out the queen bed for a king.

I live in Gilbert and focus on the east valley area, Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley etc.Mesa and Apache Junction are going to be more affordable than Gilbert and have a higher quantity without HOA.

These are nice areas and probably difficult to cash flow, but which do you think it's most possible to get deals that come closest, surprise, queen creek?

I was thinking to start looking in the outer boroughs like the Bronx, Queens or Staten Island.
