Listening to ppl talk about RE, job transfer, school, housewife preferences.....trendsZone into your target area: once you identify your area, you research it so that you know what is a good deal (price, location, even history)keep a data log in your head or on paper, so if you see a listing pop up you can get a feel on whether is the deal is solid or not... then you can call your agent to let you in... do COMPS and stuff (but you should be able to "know" the numbers by then, it's more of a confirmation)hope that helps

Meaning, they would need to log into an account to set it up (whether it's google, schlage, amazong, etc.), but ultimately it needs to be under *my* account, not theirs.Wondering if anyone has had to do this and generally how you accomplished this.

Btw, someone just told me the whole Leavenworth theme town was an economic scheme by the city about 30 years ago to copy Solvang, CA to turn it into a tourist trap, because the logging  economy was failing.. and it worked!

When they are cut down and on the log truck then the lender of record on the Timber deed files a UCC filing to secure their interest for the time the logs go to the scaling yard get scaled up and then accepted by the mill and payment is made to the owner of the logs and subsequently to the lender who financed the Timber deed.. this is exactly how I ran my timber business for 10 years in ORegon and Washington...
