We have been investing in that area for the last 7 years and I have talked to a lot of UNT student that live even in the Corinth, Lake Dallas, Cross Roads, Little Elm area.UNT housing authority (can't reca the dept name at the moment) is actually on record as renting out local private housing to supplement its dorms...the net effect of that could be considered close to rent control...a situation that we originally considered but backed off after looking at the economic growth around the campus and true demographic we wanted to target.This property is actually on Texas St a little closer to Texas Women's University (TWU). 

I've looked into this, and from what I can tell they don't recommend women paint at all, however, there's no research been done on it to suggest that there is any risk.

I gave them a call and found out that the owner is an older women in her 70s that is tired of the rental game.

But she is increasingly being priced out.A 35-year-old mother of two, with another child on the way, she works in a clothing shop and drives for Uber to earn extra cash.

Supposedly, toilet flushing, showering, and clothes washing are the 3 main water uses.

He has also vetted his subs .Real contractors are not cheap , they ARE businessmen or women .

I have plenty of friends with much nicer cars than I have, nicer clothes, better toys, but my sacrificing those things gave me something that they don't have; freedom. 

I had recently bought a house and then financed everything I could from a house to car to clothing wedding ring two vehicles and who could forget student loans.

I mean they might not like being a landlord.. many try it many don't like it after a while.. even though to a man or women when they start the common statement is I will never sell I am long term..
