What themes should be on the agenda?

The only time I've had experience with this was for my wedding, but it almost seemed like you have to roll the dice lol I'm hoping someone can show me otherwise!

I'm currently engaged, and love the idea of making this small home livable again, and living in it with my future wife (wedding late next year).

@Brian Tran I like to start out by selecting a theme for the house.

I think the common theme here is risk tolerance....how much or little do you have?

I had recently bought a house and then financed everything I could from a house to car to clothing wedding ring two vehicles and who could forget student loans.

Seems like Rich Dad, Poor Dad is a common theme here on BP!
