I think its highly regional.. if your in Napa or Sonoma people go there to drink wine.. so I think it would be no issue.. same with Walla Walla area of E Washington. not sure how anyone drinks those sweet wines  though you get back east LOL..

Agree with Jay. we are not at all familiar with Oregon (or Washington) and stay out of those states as they can be challenging. 

I am open to any place on the northern side of California/Oregon or Washington, However, I am also open to any other states if I could manage the property remotely.

I'm a 401k administrator and yes, you can use an S Corp to fund a Solo 401k (can use Schedule C, w-2, K-1 as a partnership, or 1099 income towards a 401k...).
