@Bryan Brooks Many investors would welcome a cash flowing rental with tenants.Just be honest with the tenants prequalify prospects ,your tenants should only be bothered once or twice for a visual inspection and possibly a loan appraisal.Plenty if investors are looking for exactly what you have.Best of Luck!
