As you look to scale, just make sure to hold/build reserves for when repairs come up and take your time screening tenants as you will find a vacant unit is much less stressful than dealing with a bad tenant.

This should be able to be linked to a holding outside of Spain to transfer e.g. dividends, however, keep in mind that other countries will ask you to have substance there for them to approve the holding.

Holding costs should be lower than using all of HELOC. 50k won’t cut most purchase prices, so have to use some of HELOC too.
