I’m undecided because I’m going back and forth between focusing on multi family because of the potential Better cash flow but also on SFH; criteria 2-1/3-2 but being  careful on not taking on too big of a mortgage.

I am undecided if I should register the investment property on my and my wife's name OR LLC name and keep LLC purely for rental business with property management company?

So undecided on which way to go and what to do.....I do believe the more mailings the better.It's late and I just read a lot of posts, and for some reason, feel more confused....praying for clarity.

I have an agent that's helping me already, but I'm also undecided on whether I will self-manage or hire that out so any recommendations for property managers or any other BRRRR related team members in the area would be appreciated.

I have other properties where I do utility flat fee and that is easy, so I'm still undecided on which way is better.  

When I mentioned that property to my new tenants they said it was the house that kept them undecided about mine, they were going back and forth on which one they wanted so hopefully the other group will like it too.

Undecided on the backsplash at the minute, but if I can keep the costs down then I will.

At the moment I am 18 and attending college (undecided major), living at my parents house.
