One of the (many) mistakes I have made in my syndication investing career is to get too locked in to an operator, a deal or a strategy. 

We use Hospitable as our PMS for automated messages and calendar syncing, PriceLabs for dynamic pricing and market analysis, Minut for noise monitoring, Schlage Encode locks, Ring cameras, and the Google suite for shopping spreadsheets and owner monthly invoices.

One caveat is that your investment will be "locked up" for three years in the fund unless you use it to buy an individual note from them.  

Start talking to investors before you lock up a deal.

I have been looking at it, but have not pulled the trigger on the course.

IRS has already locked on the Bitcoin door.

It seems like the cost of smart locks, WIFI, cameras and installation would be about $600. 

I've considered putting solar panels on my investment properties, however, I have not pulled the trigger yet.

To prevent neighborhood use, you can:- Secure the dumpster with a lock.- Clearly label the dumpster with the property's address.- Inform your tenants about the proper use of the dumpster.Each tenant should be responsible for taking out their own trash on the designated collection days, but having a common dumpster is usually more convenient and cost-effective.Remember, clear communication with your tenants is key.

But we just can’t pull the trigger on anything.
