Hello Friends,Newbie in Katy/Houston area recently transplanted from New York. 

In areas like DC, I have seen situations in which the newer transplants to longstanding communities are continually causing havoc by policing the people and their culture in disruptive ways.

I'm also a recent transplant to the Wilmington area and attending the meetup tonight at Waterline.

Lots of demand drivers in West Dallas.....one of the largest medical centers in the country is #1 transplant patients, long term medical care patients, residents, fellows, drs training in different disciplines like those at Scottish Rite......downtown Dallas #2....

I am south fl transplant and currently in maryville, just outside knoxville, and would certainly be happy to share what i have learned about the area in the time i have spent here.

I’m a fellow newbie recently transplanted to the Cleveland, TN area just NE of you.

I also have a biker style clothing company called Joshua Tree Sun which has connected me with tons of LA fashion people and JT transplants who are very much on the "in" as far as whats coming down the pike in JT.
