Listing in the spring brings more tire kickers versus listing in the fall, not necessarily better buyers.

I chalked the failure to being tired. 

This year, I'm hoping to finish up writing in the next 2 months (I'm tired of writing again, but have one more commitment to complete) and then not write anything new for at least another year or two. 

Now we’re opening up every listing to any tire-kicker off the street who says they’re interested in it and letting them do a full inspection before even making an offer?

I am tired of sitting on the sidelines and being fearful of making the leap. 

By the time we messaged folks about their furniture, haggled over price, scheduled the pickup, rented a truck, etc, we were tired.

its a big pain in the butt to coordinate showings with tenants and you dont want to burn out or piss your tenants off by inconveniencing them with potential buyers who maybe just kicking tires..

sometimes a new investor will listen to a podcast from 2018 and hear David Greene say "find a tired property and do paint and carpet, refinance and get all your money out!" 

Some I guess will never get tired of dealing with tenants or property managers (I've had to manage my recent trial of one this past year, they sucked).

After a 1700 mile walk with a kid or three yes they are dirty, tired and hopeless looking.
