We're worried the LVP flooring we want to install on top will be wavy and that the floor isn't level enough.

I too have a holding company; this might be a silly question but is this something I need to relay to tile, or they do automatically?

I am going to install a hot/cold hose bib so they can bring it up to temp more quickly.

@Joshua Melero We had vacant property that were remodeling and considered installing cameras inside the property.

I asked her to get it installed.  

I’m waiting on a contractor to come install an egress anyways, so the extra month it’s taking me to do minor repairs and paint  hasnt affected the schedule yet, but it’s definitely an important lesson.

About one-third of units have tile floors.

I would have required that a professional install it.

Last year on one cabin I had to replace the roof, hvac, & tile shower which came out to $22k.
