But this client rarely if ever e mailed she lives on text messaging so I called her and she was like NO i did not send that she got her computer person in there and sure enough someone totally hacked her.. was not huge dollars but it was 17k .. we send wires pretty much daily and receive payoffs weekly so we are right in the thick of it.. any changes via e mail or text we double and triple check.

To just add a few bits of info;1) with Click lock try and stay at 4 mm thickness NOT including the pad if your subfloor isn't the smoothest .
