Hoarding is a symptom of what is usually a pretty serious mental health issue.

If you are a female and take your car to the mechanic and tell him exactly the symptoms, the assumed problem, and mention a couple things you want him to check...he is doubtfully going to try to snow you.

Autism isn't mental its normally symptoms of underlying gut issues and/or other problems which is why it's curable.

Some animals perform tasks that require training, and others provide assistance that does not require training.Thus, the animal does not need to be a trained service animal, or even be a service animal, as long as the tenant needs the accommodation:[P]ersons who are seeking a reasonable accommodation for an emotional support animal may be required to provide documentation from a physician, psychiatrist, social worker, or other mental health professional that the animal provides support that alleviates at least one of the identified symptoms or effects of the existing disability.This does not mean that any animal providing some benefit to a tenant must always be accepted.

The gas bill is a symptom, not the problem.

It looks like Hot Tub Folliculitis, bird mites, and a few other things can cause very similar symptoms.

@Dea Chu  land lording is not for everyone... and many don't realize that until they are sick of it and they come down with burnt out land lord syndrome... the symptoms can be very bad if your a very nervous type to begin with.However in CA were your talking about I suspect your tenant base is far better than the US tenant base especially those in lower value homes...

But these programs treat a symptom (no savings) and not the problem.
