Hi, are there any investors out there interested in swapping contractor info?

Making a DST look a lot more like a commercial real estate investment than a stock purchase.What you're describing is a "drop and swap".   

We will have to swap cars moving in and out since we're limited to two in the garage and 2 in the driveway. 

I'm inclined to swap natural gas HW tanks for electric when they die to make it easier/quicker on replacement, but curious if anyone has been using tankless as they claim to have a longer life.
