We accepted.This will be the highest selling price in the complex and I'm honestly a little nervous that the townhouse won't appraise at $181,320 considering the shape it's in, but the appraisal is scheduled for August 7, with report due by August 10, so we'll see how that shakes out then.  

As @Keishee Hill said, technology today means you don't have to be in geographical proximity to your CPA and it's way more important to have somebody who really knows what they're doing than to be able to physically shake their hand.

Here in our home jurisdiction the relationship between permits and inspections makes me shake my head at times.   

I'll look back at this in January and see in which direction I'm shaking my head...But don't buy based just on price and sacrifice your life to a long commute

I have never worked with one bank that ever gave me a far shake they will never get one from me.I would turn in a new HUD with you getting commission and if they don't sign wait a week and send it in again.  

FYI.I'm testing and have an opinion but we'll see if it shakes out.
