May be expensive but they are dedicated to private lender law, securities law and creditors' rights.

I completely understand that the Costa del Sol carries significant weight in global tourism and international investments.

Curious about the success others are having with these platforms or if anyone thinks Booking.com is becoming a necessary tool for securing STR reservations?

BUT for certain rural areas it's worth it's weight in gold because of the reliability factor vs an unreliable or expensive existing utility structure. 

I engaged my webmaster - SEO expert to handle it and she contacted Mailchimp and was able to secure a new account for us, with her listed as having the final authority to authorize a mailing.  24 mailing later never another problem.   

If the cost of the couch removal and other items isn't that significant, maybe just pay out of pocket and don't renew them for another term (or take it out of security deposit if you have one).

I'm hoping to broaden my real estate literacy and savvy, as well as learn how to source, evaluate, and secure sponsors and deals that meet my financial goals.

But section 8 is the way to go, higher rents + more security.
